Enabling high performing teams through DID
We offer a survey-based questionnaire to identify prerequisites for organisational success, enabling teams to soar.
One of the most important questions for leaders are: how do we best enable high performance within our respective teams and across functions? Based on existing research on high performing teams and context driven leadership, we have selected what we believe are the most important criteria to guide insight and action.
We call it DID: Direction, Interaction and Drive. High performance teams have (or set) a clear direction, they interact with transparency and trust, and they have individual and shared drive. Together with our clients, we model the survey to reflect the particular company’s journey and values which form the basis for who they are or want to be. The results give insight into what a particular team do well or can improve to enable high performance. And, identify what leadership is needed to sustain the same.
